Beacon and Eggs (Anawangin/ Capones/ Nagsasa Expedition)

Travelled up north with those I considered nerds.  [We] Consumed two days and a night at Anawangin wasting nothing but energy.  We restored ourselves with canned foods and not so fortunate sand-mixed squids.  Trekked and stayed at the beacon for a while to overlook the beauty that kneels before us and praised the light that glimmers through the clouds.  We pooled our strength after draining our intellects and camped the night away with bonfire, alcohol, and petty stories; with petty, I am being sarcastic.  Nonetheless, we dreamt the hours lying inches from the shore.

With them I survived the island; with them I survived for three years. With them, I feel secure, but things in general, either deform or deteriorate.   There are things that are not just meant.  Only one can understand amongst the vastness of comprehension.  As we part ways, I believe ‘all’ of us will be glorious in God’s due time and I mean it.

Auditors (Caliraya – Lumban, Laguna)

These are the photos that earned a spot in the P&A tax calendar (not sure with the 2nd one though):

2/D 1/N travel to Caliraya Lake.  What I miss the most with my previous work is AREA224/876. I used to be a nomad until they adopted me and sheltered my binders and working papers.  Even with that short span of time, it was truly a boon and I am really at bliss.  And to invigorate our minds and energy after a busy season, we planned for a getaway.

We stayed at Caliraya Re-Creation Center and Resort and if you are interested, just visit this site http://www.stfrancissquare.com.ph/resort/default.aspx. The place is perfect for a team building or somewhere to recollect your memories of childhood.  There are a lot of activities to choose from and you’ll never get to try them all (given our time frame).  There are lots of first times I have tried here (such as wall climbing, earth ball, mud slide and zorb ball).  The thing is there are several activities where you have to pay separately, just be sure to bring extra money with you.

Overall, the trip is really worth it.  It will really strengthen the bond you have with your comrades and there will be no minutes wasted as each of it is being treasured.   Hoping still that there will be a next time after all that happened.  Fingers crossed. =)
